Our Policy Statement

It is the policy of Alansons shipping and logistics Nigeria limited that all its operations and services should be carried out at all times in such a way as to ensure that the health, safety, environment and security of all employees and all persons likely to be effected by its operations including , clients, third parties and the general public are safe- guarded and that the same dedication will be shown to the protection and conservation of the environment.

This policy is the direct responsibility of the Senior Management, who is accountable to the Board of Directors for the overall implementation of this policy.

Within Alansons shipping and logistics, Health Safety, Environment and Security matters (HSES) are the responsibilities of the head of each Department for which individuals will be held accountable. It is recognized that the implementation of this policy by Departmental heads will lead to greater efficiency and higher standards throughout all Units and Departments within the company.

The duty of all employees is to take reasonable care of their own safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions as clearly stated by government laws. To this end Alansons will encourage and support each employee in every way to ensure that the aims of these laws are met.

Alansons shipping and logistics Nigeria limited is committed to work within the regulations and codes of practices laid down by laws and government regulations as regards to HSES within the Maritime and Oil and Gas industries in Nigeria.

The HSES policies of the company shall be communicated to all employees including clients and third parties working for us. An activity which in the opinion of any employee cannot be carried out in accordance with the policy must be suspended and reported immediately to the relevant supervisor.

It is the company’s policy to sustain the appropriate training for all Alanosns shipping and logistics Nigeria limited personals as well as third party personal working for us to ensure that Alansons procedure and government regulations are known and observed.

Third parties working for or on behalf of Alansons will be required to work to the same policies and standards of Alansons.
